UgcProduction

UGC for agencies that produce creator ads for many clients at once

UGC for agencies means producing creator ads for several client brands at the same time without mixing briefs, footage, approvals or rights. UgcProduction gives performance and creative agencies a separate workspace per client, roles for strategists, reviewers and finance, and approvals by client in one board. The Scale plan covers 15 workspaces and 10 seats.

Plan my production

Why UGC production gets messy across client accounts

An agency running UGC for several clients juggles different products, brand rules, creators, shipping, approvals and rights terms at once. When that lives in spreadsheets, shared drives and DMs, a client sees the wrong cut, a licence expires while the ad still runs, or a creator waits weeks for payment. Every one of those mistakes costs trust. UgcProduction keeps each client's production in its own space, with the same workflow your team already knows.

  1. One login for the agency, one workspace per client brand
  2. The same production board stages for every client
  3. Licences, invoices and payouts kept apart by client

Many client workspaces under one agency account

Each workspace holds one client's briefs, creator shortlist, production board, assets and licences. Strategists switch between clients without logging out, and nothing from one client shows up in another. Growth includes 3 brands or workspaces for a small agency, Scale includes 15 and Enterprise has no limit. Every workspace uses the agency's plan limits for active productions, AI scripts and creator invites.

  1. Briefs, creators and assets stay inside the client workspace
  2. Shared plan limits across all client workspaces
  3. Add a workspace when you sign a new client

Roles for strategists, reviewers and finance

Agencies need different people to see different things. On Scale, roles split the work: the owner manages the account and billing, strategists write briefs and run casting, reviewers comment on cuts and approve them, and finance sees payouts and invoices. A client stakeholder can take a reviewer seat in their own workspace, so approvals happen where the footage is. Scale includes 10 seats. Enterprise adds unlimited seats with SAML SSO and an audit log of every change, which suits agency groups and holdings. More on the UGC platform security page.

  1. Owner, strategist, reviewer and finance roles
  2. Client reviewers approve inside their own workspace
  3. Audit log and SAML SSO on Enterprise

Approvals by client with frame comments and revision rounds

Each cut moves through Review, Revisions and Approved on the client's board. Reviewers leave comments on exact frames, request a revision round and approve when the cut is ready. The creator is paid from escrow only after approval, so nobody pays for a video the client rejected. The board shows where every production stands for every client, which makes the weekly status call short.

  1. Frame comments instead of long email threads
  2. Revision rounds agreed in the brief
  3. Escrow payout released on approval

Usage rights and winning hook reports per client

Every asset has a licence with the term, channels and any whitelisting or Spark Ads permission, plus reminders before it expires, so your team does not run a client's ad past its rights term. On Growth and up, a read-only connection to each client's Meta and TikTok ad accounts lets you tag ads by hook, creator and format. The report shows which hooks and creators win for each client, which turns creative strategy into evidence you can bring to the client. See UGC usage rights and UGC creatives.

Production economics for agencies that resell UGC

Agencies often resell UGC at a margin, and the margin depends on how much time production takes. UgcProduction cuts the hours spent on briefing, casting and chasing, and the platform fee on creator payouts falls as volume grows: 12 percent on Starter, 8 percent on Growth, 5 percent on Scale and 3 percent on Enterprise. Scale costs 599 USD monthly or 299 USD per month billed yearly, with 30 active productions, 400 AI scripts and hook sets per month, 600 creator invites per month and 25 AI avatar videos per month. Scale includes 15 brands or workspaces and 10 seats with roles. Enterprise has unlimited workspaces and seats with SSO.

Yes. Give the client a reviewer seat in their workspace. They comment on frames and approve cuts, and they see only their own brand.

Your agency does. UgcProduction issues invoices to the account for the subscription and creator payouts, and finance sees them per workspace, so you can rebill each client.
