UGC platform for creators who want clear briefs and secure pay
UgcProduction is a UGC platform for creators where brands post paid briefs and pay through escrow. You build a free creator profile with your portfolio, set your own rates, accept the briefs that fit you and get paid when the brand approves your video. There is nothing to pay as a creator.

Build a creator portfolio brands can search
Your profile is your pitch. Add your best UGC videos, the niches you know, such as skincare, supplements, apps, pets, fitness or home and kitchen, the platforms you film for, the languages you speak and the settings you can shoot in. Brands search the marketplace by niche, platform, style, language and on-camera type, so a precise profile helps the right briefs reach you. Profiles are reviewed before they appear in casting search, which keeps the marketplace useful for brands and creators alike. See how brands browse on the UGC marketplace page.
- Portfolio of your own videos in vertical and horizontal formats
- Niches, platforms, languages and filming settings
- Formats you film well, such as testimonial, unboxing, GRWM or product demo

Clear UGC briefs before you say yes
A vague brief is the main reason a UGC video needs reshoots. Every brief on UgcProduction lists the product, the audience, the angle, hooks to choose from, script beats, on-screen text, a shot list, the aspect ratios and lengths, the deliverables, the number of revision rounds and the usage rights. You see all of it before you accept, so you can price the job properly and know exactly what to film, much like a professional UGC video production team works. Learn the common formats on the UGC style ads page.
- Hooks, beats and a shot list in every brief
- Deliverables and revision rounds agreed up front
- Claim limits stated, so you know what not to say on camera
Set your own rates and get paid through escrow
You set your rates, and brands see them before they invite you. When a brand books you, the payment for the brief is held in escrow. You film, upload, handle the agreed revision rounds, and the payout is released when the brand approves the video. Brands pay their own subscription and platform fee, and creators pay nothing to use UgcProduction. We do not promise any level of income or any number of briefs: what you earn depends on your rates, your profile and the briefs you accept.
- Your rate, shown on your profile
- Money held in escrow before you start filming
- Payout on approval, with a clear record of every job

Clear usage rights for every video you make
Brands want to run your video as a paid ad, sometimes from your own handle through whitelisting or Spark Ads. That should never be a surprise. Every brief states the rights term, the channels and whether whitelisting or Spark Ads permission is part of the deal, and every approved asset gets a licence PDF with those terms. When a term ends, the brand gets a reminder before it expires. Read how licences work on the UGC usage rights page.
- Term and channels written in the brief
- Whitelisting and Spark Ads permission only when you agree to it
- Licence PDF per asset

Product shipped to you, tracked on the board
For physical products, the brand ships the item to you before filming. The Shipping product stage on the production board shows what was sent and when it arrived, so filming starts only when you have the product in hand. No buying the product yourself and waiting for a refund.

No. The creator profile is free and creators pay nothing. Brands pay a subscription and a platform fee on payouts.
You do. Your rate is on your profile, and brands see it before they invite you or accept your application.
The payment is held in escrow when a brand books you, and it is released when the brand approves your video.
Only if the licence says so. The rights term, the channels and any whitelisting or Spark Ads permission are written in the brief before you accept.
