Creator fees and the platform fee

Creators set their own rate for each brief, and you see it before you accept. When a creator accepts, you fund the production and the money waits in escrow. It is released to the creator when you approve the video, and you get an invoice for every payout.

The platform fee is a percentage added to each creator payout. It covers escrow, payout handling, contracts and invoicing, and it drops as your plan grows, from 12 percent on Starter to 3 percent on Enterprise.

Creator fees are paid to creators. They are not part of your subscription price.

No. Monthly plans renew every month and yearly plans every year. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Yes. You can move up or down from your billing settings. An upgrade applies right away with a prorated charge, and a downgrade applies from the next billing period.

The same plan and limits as monthly, paid once a year at half the monthly price. Starter yearly is 588 USD, Growth 1 488 USD, Scale 3 588 USD and Enterprise 8 988 USD.

Yes, with one demo production brief on the homepage, no account needed. There is no free plan, and every paid plan starts when you choose it.

Your current productions keep running. To start more productions, send more invites or write more hook sets in the same month, move to the next plan. Limits reset with each billing period.

No. AI avatar videos are included in Growth, Scale and Enterprise within the monthly limit of the plan. Starter does not include them.
