UgcProduction

UGC marketplace with briefs, casting, escrow and rights

UgcProduction is a UGC marketplace for brands and agencies that need paid social videos every month. You write one brief, cast vetted creators by invite or open casting, pay through escrow only when a video is approved, and every delivered asset comes with a licence that states the term and channels. The result is a steady flow of rights-cleared UGC ads instead of a pile of DMs and spreadsheets.

Plan my production

A UGC marketplace built around the brief, not the gig

Most marketplaces start with a list of gigs and leave the brief to you. UgcProduction starts with the brief. You describe the product, the audience, the angle, the platform and the deliverables, and the brief builder writes hooks, script beats and a shot list that creators can film in one take. Creators see exactly what the ad needs before they apply, so the first cut is closer to the ad you want to run.

  1. Brief builder with AI hooks, script beats and a shot list
  2. Vetted creator profiles searchable by niche, platform, style, language and on-camera type
  3. Invite or open casting with a shortlist you control
  4. Escrow payouts released on approval, invoices for the brand
  5. Usage rights, whitelisting and Spark Ads permissions recorded per asset

How the UGC creator marketplace works for brands

Every creator on the marketplace has a free creator profile with portfolio videos, the platforms they film for, their niches, languages, filming setup and their own rates. Profiles are reviewed before they appear in search, so the list you browse is made of people who can actually deliver ad footage. You filter, compare portfolios side by side and add creators to a shortlist for the brief.

  1. Filter by niche such as beauty, supplements, apparel, food and drink, apps, home, pets or fitness
  2. Filter by platform, style of delivery, language and on-camera type (face to camera, hands only, voiceover)
  3. See each creator's own rate before you invite them
  4. Keep favourite creators in a roster for the next production

If you already know the people you want, the guide on how to hire UGC creators walks through filters, invites and vetting in detail.

Invite casting or open casting for each brief

You choose how each brief is cast. Invite casting sends the brief to the creators you picked, which suits brands with a roster and a clear look. Open casting publishes the brief to matching creators, who apply with a short pitch and relevant portfolio clips. Either way you get a shortlist, accept the creators you want, and the brief moves to the next stage of the production board.

  1. 1 Invites per month depend on the plan, from 30 on Starter to unlimited on Enterprise
  2. 2 Creators accept the brief at their own rate, so the cost is clear before filming
  3. 3 Product shipping is tracked as its own stage, so nobody films without the product

Escrow payouts that release on approval

When a creator accepts a brief, the agreed fee is held in escrow. The creator films, uploads the cut, you leave comments on exact frames and request revisions inside the agreed rounds. When you approve the video, the payout is released to the creator and you get an invoice. Nobody chases payments and nobody pays for footage that never arrives.

  1. Creators set their own rates and are paid through escrow
  2. Brands pay a subscription plus a platform fee on creator payouts of 12, 8, 5 or 3 percent depending on the plan
  3. Finance gets one invoice trail per workspace instead of dozens of transfers

Plans start at Starter, 99 USD monthly or 49 USD per month billed yearly. See the full table on UGC pricing.

Usage rights recorded on every delivered video

A UGC video without clear rights is a legal risk once it runs as a paid ad. On UgcProduction the rights are part of the brief. You set the term, the channels and whether you need whitelisting or Spark Ads permission, the creator accepts those terms with the brief, and every delivered asset gets a licence PDF. The rights manager reminds you before a licence expires, so an ad does not keep spending on footage you no longer hold rights to.

  1. Term, channels and paid usage set per brief
  2. Whitelisting and Spark Ads permissions on Growth and up
  3. Expiry reminders and a licence PDF per asset on all plans

Why a marketplace with a production board beats single video orders

A per-video marketplace sells you one clip at a time. That works for a test, but brands running paid social need new creatives every few weeks and need to know which ones sell. UgcProduction keeps the whole production in one board, from brief to delivered files in 9:16, 4:5, 1:1 and 16:9, and on Growth and up it tags each ad by hook, creator and format through a read-only connection to Meta and TikTok ad accounts. That is the difference between buying videos and running a UGC platform for your ads. For a broader view of the options, see UGC companies compared by model.

It is both. Brands get the production software (brief builder, production board, rights manager, performance tagging) and a marketplace of vetted creators inside it. You do not need a second service to find creators.

Creators set their own rates, and you see each rate before you invite or accept someone. The fee is held in escrow and released when you approve the video. On top of that, the platform fee is 12 percent on Starter, 8 on Growth, 5 on Scale and 3 on Enterprise.

You receive the files and a licence for the term and channels agreed in the brief. The licence PDF for each asset shows exactly what you may do with it, including whitelisting or Spark Ads permission when the brief includes it.

There is no free plan. You can generate one demo brief from the homepage with Plan my production to see the hooks, script and shot list before you choose a plan.
